THE MAN WITH THE PLAN

One of My Biggest Influencers and Role Model that I have been Blessed and Honored to be following  for longer than 10 Years now is a Gentleman named Dr. Eric Thomas (AKA E.T). When I started following him back in 2010 He had Already Graduated from Michigan State University with a Masters Degree, and In 2015 Successfully Completed and Received his Ph.D in Education Administration. He is currently One of The Best Motivational Speakers in the World and most well known for his Famous Quote, ” When you want to Succeed as Bad as You wanna Breathe, then you Will Be Successful.” – Dr. Eric Thomas Ph.D

If you know anything about where this Man comes from or his History then you Realize how Amazing those Accomplishments are, and what he has done since 2015 Is a Testament to the Honorable and Humble Leader he is in this World! Do Yourself a Favor, look him up…

A Couple of Years ago Dr. Thomas said something that has stuck with me, this isn’t an exact quote but he said something like,

” One Day I finally realized, this is never going to work. I have been trying to Find a way to Get Rich using a Poverty Mindset… I’m trying to Have A Millionaire Bank Account with Thousandaire Habits… … Of Course This Is Never Going To Work… Being a Millionaire isn’t an Amount of Money, It’s a Mindset!”

Hearing that Statement instantly put so many things in Perspective for me. All of the Sudden I understood what all those people meant when they say things like, “Be the Change you want to see” or ” Live life on your own Terms.” Wow, Makes so much sense now…

Then Dr. Thomas said something that Created an Instant PROGRESSION SESSION moment for me, and would Ultimately become my New Life Mission:

” Every Successful Person throughout History Possessed Specific Traits… Now I spend My Time and Energy Everyday Learning and Earning the Traits of the Greats!”

BOOM!! Like a Head On collision the words knocked me off my Feet! TRAITS OF THE GREATS!

PROGRESSION SESSION TIME: Progress or Regress

With my curiosity and Motivation now at an Ultimate High I couldn’t help but want to know More… What are These traits? How Many Are There? Do I Have Any Of These Traits? How or Where Do I Acquire Them?

I could literally feel my Brain Expanding and Growing, trying to comprehend why this Statement was having such a Profound Impact on me…

I’ve heard all of these words before… but hearing them put together by E.T. with the Energy and Dialect that E.T. speaks with, for some reason, They Just Hit Different!

Ever since that moment there has been a noticeable Change within myself… Since that Day my Mindset has shifted, my Direction in Life has drastically Improved and my Purpose for Progress has taken on a Whole New Meaning.

 

A POVERTY MINDSET

Before this, I always thought when I get to a Certain Tax Bracket or a Certain Annual Income Amount, Somehow, Life would just Magically be Stress-Free and I will have Accomplished all my goals and be a Success, Right?!

Even when I started this Affiliate Marketing Journey, I thought the Ultimate Goal is making Sales, I make Sales which makes Money, Which Ultimately Creates my Freedom and Happiness, Right?!

Nope! This type of Thinking is WRONG!! WRONG!! WRONG!! This is the Poverty Mindset Blueprint!

 

THE VISION OF THE MISSION

Dr. Eric Thomas Sent my Life on a Trajectory that would show me the True Meaning of Success.

With this Newfound Lease on Life I embarked on my Mission to obtain The Traits of the Greats. My Desire to become the best Version of Myself is now fueled by the idea that becoming that Person is the Only sure Path to the Life I want and Deserve.

The Vision is Clear, it’s Time to Plot out a detailed Plan and Execute it. The Goal now is to Learn and Earn The Traits of the Greats! To obtain the Skills necessary to Be the Change I want in my Life!

I want to be the type of Person who says it, then goes out and does it… I want to be part of the 1% of People that actually Accomplish the Goals and Finish the Mission!

CONCLUSION

As we Move Forward I will Continue to Discuss my search for “THE TRAITS OF THE GREATS” more in-depth, what they are, how they are Necessary for us in Affiliate Marketing and how they cohesively work together to create and Mold the type of Person who Consciously and Intentionally Creates Success, Regardless of their current Situation, Upbringing or any of Life’s Challenges.
